This starter policy explains the data Automica expects to process for Discord authentication and workflow management.

Data we collect

Automica may process your Discord user id, username, avatar, OAuth tokens, and the Discord servers you can manage. Workflow configuration and execution logs may be stored when you create automations.

How we use data

Data is used to authenticate you, list manageable Discord servers, run workflows you configure, show execution history, and secure the dashboard.

Data minimization

Automica should store only what is required to provide the dashboard and automation service. Auth implementation will confirm exact fields before persistence is added.
